The time has come… strut your stuff across the stage and put
your best foot forward. But of course make a statement while doing just that!
And no I’m not referring to a fashion show or a casting call… even better,
Graduation!
Yes, ladies a lot of people aren’t too sure on what is
considered appropriate for a “graduation dress” and we are here to clarify just
that. You don't necessarily have to wear a dress either, and if you do decide on a dress ... then it doesn't have to take the typical a-line conservative approach either. Think outside the box! But if you do decide to go typical, then take a few suggestions from the Picky Fashionistas themselves...
1. Tahari Floral Brocade Fit & Flare Dress, $138

Completely
appropriate at all costs. This Tahari dress can be found at
Nordstrom and even fits into the spring trend with the skater/fit & flare! And you're so not breaking the rules with the vibrant color.. Come on,
It’s Spring! The price is completely do-able.. Why not go the extra step for your
big day.
2. Roberto Rodriguez, Graphic
Spear, $595
Yes, this may be a bit pricey but for the high end who is trying to look absolutely stunning .. why not splurge?? The structure and design is classy but completely trendy and I bet it would look stunning on you! Take a chance. It’s so worth it.
3. Zara Dress with Rhinestone Necklace, $80

Classy yet bold. This is a personal fav. You can cover up and still look sophisticated. Zara is very impressive this season and the prices are reasonable. Still in the hunt for a statement piece for graduation? I suggest you stop through Zara online or if you're a little unsure of sizing check out your local store... You won't be disappointed!
4. Forever 21 Cutout Fit & Flare, $33
Inexpensive and cute?? You can always count on Forever 21 for the cheap thrills. This fit and flare is simple and elegant to strut your stuff across the stage.
5. Zara Box Pleat Printed Dress, $60
Fall in love with prints this season.. While you're at it stop back into Zara for this printed dress! Instead of the typical "dressy" dress.. this box pleated beauty is still perfect for graduation. Show a little skin while you're at it!
